Here is what we will be making

Supplies needed:

Simple filters, distort filter, tube of your choice, and this brush kindly supplied by my friend ModGirl.  Please do NOT change the filename of this brush nor redistribute it, thank you!

Open a new transparent image 600 x 450.

Choose 2 colors from your tube and flood fill your layer 1 with the foreground/background gradient angle 45 and repeats of 0.

Effects>plugins>simple>diamond.

Add your tube as a new layer and duplicate.

On the duplicate layer:

Effects>plugins>distort>radial zig zag with the default settings.

Image>flip and put this layer under your original tube layer. Now set the layer property to luminance.

Add a new layer and set your foreground to a color darker than one in your tube. Grab your MGD brush one, size 227, step 25 and density at 100 and tick once in the upper right hand corner.

*Thank you ModGirl for the use of your brush!!!!*

Duplicate this layer and image>flip.

Shut off all your layers except the brush layers and layers>merge visible.

Make sure you are at the top of your layer palette and grab your text tool, vector checked, and using a thick font with stroke at 2 type out your text. Stretch & position it where you would like it on your tag, then convert to a raster layer.

Add any effects to your text that you like.

Now add layers for your copyrights and watermarks.

You may want to resize your image...if so, Image>resize>I did 80% all layers checked.

Add borders or a .psp frame to your liking.

You can save as a .jpg now or continue to the animation part:

With your magic wand, tolerance set to 0, tick every other block on your mask.

Now duplicate your tag one time. (Shift-D).

On your copy, go to adjust>brightness and contrast>brightness at 30 and contrast at 20.
You may now deselet on this image. Save as a .psp file.

On your original image, again to to brightness and contrast. Set the brightness at -30 and the
contrast to -20. Deselect, and save as a .psp file.

Now open up animation shop.

Using your animation wizard, add your 2 images (it does not matter what order you add them in).

Set your speed to your liking; I used 50. I also resized my animation to 80%.

Save as a .gif file and you're finished!
