Here is what we will be making

Tools needed:

Paint Shop Pro, Animation Shop, a tube of your choice, font of your choice, and dsb flux bright noise filter.

Thank you to Filly for the use of your tube; you can find her site here:

Dreaminthedarkforest@yahoogroups.com

Open a new large image, transparent.

Choose 2 colors from your tube and using the foreground/background gradient settings you see here, flood fill layer 1 with
the gradient.  I used these settings:

*If you want the black and white effect of the tube I have used, go to colorize and move both sliders down to 0. This will greyscale your tube*

Effects>texture effects>weave>gap size 10, width 15, opacity 56, weave color a light color from your tube, gap color a dark color from your tube, and fill gaps checked.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill again with your gradient with the same settings. Now set this layer to burn.

Now layers>merge visible. This is the background for your tag.

Add your tube as a new layer.

Layer>duplicate>image>mirror and set this layer (2nd tube layer) to hard light.

Be sure you're at the top of your layer palette and set your text to vector, font of your choice, (I used Evanescent at size 120 stroke 2) and convert this to a raster layer.  Place your text where you'd like it.

Now add layers for your watermark and copyrights.

Go back to your 1st tube layer and grab your selection tool set point to point, mode add, feather 0 and anti-alias checked. Now go around anything on your tube that you would like to sparkle.  You may need to zoom in for this.

Now, duplicate this layer twice.

On your first layer, adjust>add noise>uniform>monochrome checked and enter the number 20.

Effects>dsb flux>bright noise>number at 32 and hit mix once.

Now go to your 2nd duplicated tube layer that is selected and go to add noise>same settings only enter the number 30.
Go back to dsb flux bright noise and hit mix twice.

Now go to the 3rd duplicate tube layer; add noise, with the number 40, then dsb flux bright noise again and hit
mix 3 times.

Now you can deselect.

Save your image as a .psp file.

Now, shut off the top 2 layers that you added noise to.

Leave everything else open.

Open animation shop.

Go back to PSP and edit>copy merged and back to Animation Shop and edit>paste as new image.

Back to PSP and hide the first tube and unhide the copy of 1st tube. Edit>copy merged, then back to animation shop.

Edit>paste after current frame.

Repeat the same; hiding the copy of first tube and unhiding Copy 2 of 1st tube. Edit>copy merged>back to Animation
Shop and edit>paste after current frame.

You should have 3 frames now in animation shop.

Go to animation>resize>70% because this is very big!

Now view your animation and if you're happy with it, save as a .gif file and you're finished!
